Yes, I just started last week. :) I rotate with walking around once, running around once...and so on. I'm up to running 1/2 mile now and hope to have it at 1 mile by week two. LOVE it - not while doing it, of course, but feel so refreshed afterwards!
Ooh, are you just starting to run? My goal is completing a 10k on my treadmill. I'd like to say on the actual ground but it seems much harder. Ha ha
