Next up on my reading list is Give It Up! by Mary Carlomagno. It sounds quite interesting as Mary decides to give up one thing each month for a year: alcohol, shopping, elevators, newspapers, cell phones, dining out, television, taxis, coffee, cursing, chocolate, and multitasking. I'll review the book once I am finished with it. Has anyone else read this?
I've read it. Its not nearly what I thought it would be. She talks about giving up very expensive habits that most of us can't afford. I didn't glean anything from this book.
