For those who aren't so keen on laundry, why not rock up your laundry room? Rockin' Green makes all natural laundry detergent. It is often marketed for cloth diaper washing (and it works great for that!) but I'm still using it even though we no longer have any babies in diapers (the first time in 8 years that diapers have not been needed in our house!). I use it for washing our clothing and love, love, love the scents and the way it washes our clothing.
Even though I already use Rockin' Green, I was sent three samples to try. I'm happy about that as I was able to try some new (to me) scents. Motley Clean is my new favorite!! What a fresh, original scent! Some other great formulas are Femme Rock which is for all those cloth menstrual pad mamas and Dog House Rock which is for pet beds and toys.
You can read my last review of Rockin' Green here.
Now for the fun part! Rockin' Green is offering one lucky winner a bag of 40/90 in your choice of formula/scent. Leave a comment below telling me whether you love/hate laundry. One winner will be chosen through Random.org on Saturday, March 3rd. If you would like additional entries, tweet, Facebook, or blog about this giveaway, linking back to here. Enter additional comments below letting me know you did so (one additional comment per additional entry).
I do not mind doing laundry. I was making my own laundry soap, but was not completely happy with it. Since our move and temp. house, I have been using Biokleen. Would love to try some new alternative laundry powder.
ReplyDeleteI don't mind laundry, but I agree that I hate putting it away. I'm really ready to try something new in the detergent market!
ReplyDeleteI don't mind the washing. I dislike having to put it away in 3 different rooms

I love doing laundry, just put it in the machine and wait... Then when its done I love sitting and folding it while watching tv, absolutely mindless chore, its great!
ReplyDeleteI don't mind the washing part but the hanging and folding is what I loathe. I do however like to do the cloth diaper laundry...weird I know.
ReplyDeleteI have a love/hate relationship with laundry and doing laundry. I love love the smell of clothes when they come out of the dryer but I hate all the work involved...folding for 3 people, making sure it all actually gets washed..you know all that stuff. =)
ReplyDeleteI don't mind doing laundry but the part I hate the most is matching socks for all four of us and the small load stuff...wash cloths, undies, hand towels...Thanks for the chance!
ReplyDeleteI like doing laundry because I choose to see it as another way of taking care of my family. I agree that the putting-it-away part is not much fun though. I make my own laundry soap but I would love to try this.
ReplyDeleteI, too, don't mind doing the laundry. It is the putting away that never seems to get done. We even designed our house so that the laundry room and the master closet are right next to each other. I have no excuse! I actually loved Rockin' Greens holiday scent this Christmas... the apple cider one! YUMMY!!
ReplyDeleteI'm not much of a laundry fan... but, I have all of my cloth diapers ready and waiting in the nursery for when we get "the call" for our adoption. I would LOVE to try the Dog House Rock in the meantime!! :))
ReplyDeleteIt's not my most hated chore, but I don't love it either. It's nice when it's all done!
ReplyDeleteLaundry is by far my favorite chore.....can't wait to start washing our cloth dipes when our first baby arrives any minute! I've been using Rockin Green for the past month on our clothes, and I love it!
ReplyDeleteI would love laundry if i had some rockin green :) i would say that i like laundry more than any other chore
ReplyDeleteI have a love/hate relationship with laundry. I love doing it, but I hate putting it away. ;)

I can't say I love or hate laundry... I definitely prefer it to most other household chores. Thanks for a great giveaway; I've been wanting to try this particular brand of soap.

Laundry and I are on agreement about washing and drying but I hate folding and putting away. My machines treat my laundry great and I love that fresh out of the dryer warmth. I just can't convince them to fold sort and put away. I love Rockin Green for my baby fluff though! I didn't know about dog laundry soap, exciting!
ReplyDeleteDon't mind washing or drying, but I HATE folding and putting clothes away!!

I love doing the laundry as well. For some reason the darn clothes just have a hard time making it into the dressers though.

I love laundry! It's calming for me...I find it soothing!
ReplyDeleteI would love to find some new laundry detergent !
ReplyDeleteI used to despise laundry because I have always had to go downstairs to start, switch, fold. We moved into my gramma's townhome after she passed away and it is all one level. Now, I love laundry and am always caught up on it. It is so much easier to keep up with it when I walk past the laundry room 20 times a day.
ReplyDeleteI just started using dryer balls instead of dryer sheets and love them. It would be awesome to try out some new laundry soap too.
I don't mind laundry. It's the chose I dislike the least
ReplyDeleteI hate laundry. Although, I don't think I would mind it so much if it put itself away.
