I sometimes do the egg and banana ...They look good! I sometimes do the egg and banana pancakes, but you have to make them really small in order to flip them, or at least I do. <br /><br />Spaghetti squash as noodles is kind of an acquired taste around here. I prefer to just use the Smart Taste noodles if I'm giving it to the kids (they won't touch spaghetti squash) because it fills you up.
