If the te...Are you a member of their Facebook page? If the testimonials on there are to be believed then it does seem to work for many. But, it's the internet, so how can you ever be sure?<br /> I think a lot of it makes sense, but won't know for sure unless I follow the plan strictly for months on end. And I agree, some of the foods they suggest are odd and I'm not sure if they are any better than their "normal" counterpart! The cookbook was okay, but I did not like that their ingredients were so strange. That is coming from a mom that has four children with dairy and grain issues, so we eat plenty strange from most people. On top of that, I work with a lot of "strange" foods, but there were things in this cookbook that I had never heard of. My biggest beef with their recipes is that there is no evidence that their plan really works. I stay make your food from scratch with the least amount of chemicals is still the best way to live.
